Motion is a companion app designed to enhance your Peloton experience, whether you're cycling on a Peloton Bike, running on the Tread, or solely using the digital app. It offers the opportunity to create personalized challenges or join existing ones.

With over a year of consistent Peloton workouts and numerous badges under my belt, I encountered a phase of burnout and the struggle to stay motivated. This led to the inception of Motion.

Its primary aim is to inspire and support your fitness journey by presenting thoughtfully curated challenges that combine various workouts and instructors to keep you engaged.

  • Search for challenges featuring your favorite instructors
  • Exclude instructors that may not be your favorite ;)
